Functional Assessment Centre (FAC) Medical-Cognitive

For drivers which involves the suspension of driving privileges, for drivers found
to be unfit due to medical reasons and reinstatement of driving privileges for those individuals deemed to meet applicable medical standards.

Functional Assessment Centre (FAC) Vision-Waiver

For drivers with visual field deficits, visual field loss may occur due to disease or disorders of the eye, optic nerve, or brain. This waiver does not currently apply to any other class of license such as motorcycle, bus or commercial drivers.
